How do I create an account?

Simply click on ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ on the top left or the little person icon on the top right to create an account. Once you are in the ‘Login or Create Account’ page, click on the Create Account button then it will redirect you to a form. Please fill in all the boxes and click ‘Create’. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

How do I view My Account information and order information?

Click on the little person icon that is on the top right of the webpage

 

How do I login/logout?

Click on the little person icon that is on the top right of the webpage to login. To log out go into the My Account page, you will see a log out button there.

 

I forgot my password, what can I do?

Click on ‘Create Account’ on the top left then click on ‘Reset your password’, after that we will send you an email to have your password reset.

 

How do I change my password?

Click on ‘Create Account’ on the top left then click on ‘Reset your password’, after that we will send you an email to reset your password

 

How can I contact Retro World?

How do I sign up to become a VIP member?

You can sign up by entering your email address under ‘Join Our VIP Club’ then click on the arrow button that is next to your email address

 

What is VIP Club?

If you are a VIP member, from time to time you will receive discount promotional codes, special offers and some Retro World news and updates!

 

What’s your returns and refund policy?

You can view our returns policy by clicking on ‘Returns + Refund’ at the bottom of the webpage

 

How long will delivery take?

We try our best to pack your order and dispatch it within 1-3 work days, for shipping time frames it may take 2-5 weeks after your order is processed and may take a little longer during peak seasons (not including any delays that is caused by your country’s customs).

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information.

 

I did not receive my parcel, what do I do?

Please contact us at info@retroworld.com if your item hasn’t arrived within the delivery timeframe. We will escalate the matter and fix the issue as soon as we can.

 

Am I receiving scam emails?

Please note that Retro World will never ask for your password or credit card information. If you receive emails asking for such information, please let us know and contact your local police.
