Shipping & Payments
You want your order quickly, so we dispatch it within 1-3 business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know your order has been sent. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address, or we can’t be responsible for an un-delivered order.
International Delivery
We send to most countries on the globe and we provide free delivery for all international orders. Depending on which country you are in the delivery timeframe can take up to 2-5 weeks. Delays may occur during peak season.
Our warehouse
We have warehouses in USA, France, Sweden, China and Taiwan. We normally use the nearest warehouse to your country to speed up delivery. However, if the item is not in stock at your nearest warehouse, then it will be sent from different warehouse.
Currency and payment
All our prices are in NZ dollars, including GST.
You may pay by Mastercard, Visa or debit card. For credit card payments, we ask for your card’s security code – the three-digit number on the back.
